Vinayak embraces sustainability as a fundamental part of our culture, aiming to be environmentally friendly and socially responsible while creating beautiful products. Our goal is to become 100% solar-dependent and recycle all water usage by 2024. We employ craftswomen and men who innovate responsibly, leaving a legacy for future generations.
Water system
The factory uses a state-of-the-art water treatment system to recycle water in all production processes, resulting in lab-grade water. The factory has been designed to create a greener closed-loop system by collecting, filtering, cleaning, and recycling rainwater and all water usage, with only 10% of new water being used.
Raw Materials
At Vinayak we are careful in selecting raw materials, including gold, silver, and gems, to ensure responsible sourcing and sustainability. All gold and silver come from reclaimed refiners or certified RJC sources, and metal scraps are recycled. All gems are chosen by a trusted panel of ethical suppliers with whom we have worked with for over 20 years to ensure sustainable sourcing at competitive prices.
Clean air
At Vinayak, we prioritizes the health of our team by implementing a strict dust filtration system. The air is filtered through 1 um and HEPA filters, and fresh air is provided through primary air handling units. The air-conditioning system is compartmentalized to minimize the spread of chemical vapors and odors. The benefits include a safe work environment, reduced environmental impact, and increased production efficiency.
Reduce Carbon Footprint
We at Vinayak are passionate about reducing our carbon footprint. This is the reason we use biodegradable packing bags, which break down into natural elements quickly and can also be recycled and used for other purposes such as furniture and toys. These bags help us to reduce our carbon footprint.
